Institute Certification Overview
The 7000 RPM Leadership Institute™ Certification Pathway recognizes progressive stages of leadership formation.
Leadership development within the Institute moves beyond simply learning leadership concepts. Participants develop leadership awareness, leadership responsibility, and the ability to apply leadership principles within organizations and communities. Certification represents growth in leadership understanding, leadership practice, and leadership stewardship.
Certification Levels
The Institute recognizes three stages of leadership certification.
Leadership Foundations Associate™ (CLFA™)
This certification represents the foundational stage of leadership formation within the Institute, where participants develop an understanding of leadership identity, leadership responsibility, and the foundational principles of the 7000 RPM Leadership System™.

Certified 7000 RPM Leadership Practitioner™ (CRLP™)
This certification recognizes leaders who demonstrate the ability to apply the Institute framework within real leadership environments and begin translating leadership concepts into practical leadership influence.

Certified 7000 RPM Leadership Fellow™ (CRLF™)
This is the highest level of certification within the Institute, recognizing leaders who demonstrate mature leadership stewardship and contribute to the development of future leaders.

Leadership Practicum
Participants in the certification pathway engage in leadership reflection, mentorship dialogue, and leadership practicum experiences designed to strengthen leadership judgment and influence.
Leadership Assessment
The Institute utilizes the Leadership Heart and Servant Alignment Assessment™ to help leaders evaluate leadership character, relational awareness, and leadership decision patterns.
The purpose of the assessment is leadership awareness and development rather than evaluation or judgment.
