Certification Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for certification, participants must complete the Leadership Heart Assessment and demonstrate readiness across the required leadership formation areas. Eligibility is based on assessment completion, servant leadership alignment, reflection engagement, and any required evaluator review.
Eligibility Criteria
- Complete all scored assessment sections.
- Submit responses for the required leadership competencies.
- Meet or exceed the minimum passing threshold.
- Complete reflection sections for personal insight and growth planning.
- Demonstrate readiness in the servant leadership framework.
- Complete any required rubric-based evaluator review, if assigned.
- Maintain accurate participant information for certification records.
Certification Readiness Statement: Participants who meet the required assessment and review standards may become eligible for certification progression, certificate issuance, and future renewal tracking.
Certification Process

Application & Review
Submit a formal application detailing professional experience and alignment with the institute's core leadership values.

Alignment Assessment
Participate in a proprietary diagnostic to identify current internal alignment and development areas within the 7000 RPM system.

Learning Modules
Engage in structured curriculum covering core modules: Leadership Engine™, Collapse Spiral™, and the Endurance Cycle™.

Leadership Practicum
Apply framework principles to active professional scenarios, documented through guided reflection and peer review cycles.

Evaluation & Credentialing
Final evaluation by the Institute Board resulting in formal credentialing and entry into the 7000 RPM Leadership network.
